Our Interview process:

    • Step 1: You’ll hear from us within 10 business days if selected for a phone interview.

    • Step 2: On-site interview and skills assessment.

      • If you’re applying for a carpenter position, we will want to see how you work in the field, and the level of comfort you have around certain power tools.

      • If you’re applying for an office position, we will want to understand what types of client-relation experience you have, and what software programs you’ve used in previous career positions.

    • Step 3: If selected; references will be requested before finalizing an offer.

      • We won’t call your references until we’re ready to make an offer. You will need to provide a character reference (personal) and a professional reference (career).

    • Step 4: If it’s a match, we’ll extend an offer and set a start date.
